Classes are scheduled at comfortable times outside business hours for adults and after school for kids.

Age is just a number! Everyone can sing! Our youngest is 60+ and our oldest is 4 years!
Practice is a critical part of training in Carnatic Music. We encourage students to schedule practice sessions at home with many resources like audio recordings of every lesson, review of video recordings from students, formal notes and many videos to understand theoretical aspects.

Beginner and Advance Level Classes

KIDS (8 years & over)

Formal Learning of classical carnatic bala-padam lessons from Saralis. This is a serious manner of learning, that requires meticulous practice and is suitable for children above the age of 8.

Adults- Beginer and Advanced level

Formal Learning of classical carnatic bala-padam lessons from Saralis. This is a serious manner of learning, that requires meticulous practice. Classes for advanced level students- krithis and above are done with a lot of focus on manodharma

Special Focus Classes

Baby & Toddlers (4-8 year olds)

These classes are a fun-filled approach to introduce carnatic music to toddlers. Kids are taught small carnatic songs, slokas, mythological rhymes and stories

Take Two!

These classes are especially designed for adults who have learnt music as kids and wish to you get back to
singing. Age is not a bar.

Voice Training

Offline classes specifically designed for students who are already learning to sing. Voice exercises and singing techniques for improving and strengthening singing

Krithis & Bhajans

Classes for adults, who do not want to learn mainstream carnatic, but wish to learn small carnatic krithis and bhajans.

Flute classes

Hybrid Offline and Online classes that focus on fingering and blowing technique. Classes are set in the Hindustani pedagogy. Beginners learn in straight flute and then progress to slide flute.

Curriculum and Levels

Our lessons are aligned to the certificate course syllabus at the PS Telugu University. We conduct yearly/Bi-Yearly assessments (Practical & Theory) and invite external examiners so our students are ready for the certificate level examination at the university.

Level 1- All Abhyasa gaana until Geethams
Level 2- All Abhyasa gaana till Swarajathis
Level 3- Between 3-10 Varnams
Level 4- Varnams and Krithis
Level 5- Basic Manodharma.

Online Classes

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic all our classes have shifted online. We have successfully managed to hold engaging classes with all our students, new and old.

In addition to all our regular classes, we have often used online platforms for our group sessions like theory workshops, guest lecture sessions etc.

Our online classes are designed to make sure the students are completely immersed in lessons and are encouraged to have competitive bonds with their batchmates!
